21.11.2012: Urban Dialogues Exhibition

RED Gallery, 21 November - 1 December

Urban Dialogues

Organised by The 3 Faiths Forum, this group exhibition looks to build understanding and lasting relationships between people of all faiths and beliefs.
RED Gallery in Shoreditch will host two weeks of art, music and intercultural engagement when 3FF's 4th Annual Urban Dialogues exhibition opens later this month. A dynamic showcase of emerging artistic talent, Urban Dialogues seeks to stimulate a fresh dialogue about art, belief and identity.
The exhibition runs from 21 November – 1 December and will be the very first showcase of three exclusive art collaborations created by artists of different faiths and beliefs who earlier this year received Urban Dialogues Awards. Fourteen individual artists of different backgrounds will also exhibit their work.
The gallery will become a space for interaction across cultures, welcoming people from London's diverse communities to engage with art and enjoy three vibrant events: FESTIVAL NIGHT (Thursday 22 Nov), DAY OF PLAY (Sunday 25 Nov) and FEMALE VOICES (Thursday 29 Nov).

I will be exhibiting 2D and installation work pieces, created as part of the Spirituality in Motion collaboration project. For more information on this, please visit the Spirituality In Motion blog, or read the interview here: http://www.3ff.org.uk/blog/spirituality-in-motion.php. We'd love your comments!
